I was pleasantly surprised with this costume! The faux leather vest/belt buckle make the outfit look higher quality and the skirt and sleeves are very cute. The skirt especially is my favorite part - the waistband is stretchy and the skirt is soft and comfortable. I got an XS being 4'11, 120 lbs and it fits good, not tight or big.

Great Halloween costume
My daugther is 200lb and she normally wear size 22 and this xl fit her great. The top is like a plastic material so you can’t do much it look like any small pull can break it but since it’s for one night of Halloween I think is great and the price good. I will post photo on Oct 31
